EIE Calls on DOJ to Prosecute PornHub on a Trifecta of Crimes

This brave young survivor shared her story at a recent Los Angeles protest in front of Pornhub's offices. She was one of the 100 women who were coerced and defrauded into filming pornography for the Pornhub channel, GirlsDoPorn, a proven sex trafficking scheme. 

EIE continues to work behind the scenes with the White House and DOJ to prosecute obscene pornography, beginning with Pornhub, for a "trifecta of violations including sex trafficking, child sex abuse images and obscenity, as each fuels the other. Its a win-win!"

Netflix subscription cancellations skyrocket after ‘Cuties’ backlash

Enough Is Enough^® launched a petition to ban "Cuties" from Netflix and called on DOJ to investigate the film for child pornography violations. Nearly 18,500 have signed our petition, and we have sent letters to both Netflix and DOJ to move on our requests.

Federal Communications Commission Chair Releases Statement on need to Reform Section 230 of the Communications Dececncy Act

"Social media companies have a First Amendment right to free speech. But they do not have a First Amendment right to special immunity denied to other media outlets, such as newspapers and broadcasters," said FCC Chairman Ajit Pai. 

EIE applauds the chairman's intention to move forward on a rulemaking to clarify the meaning of #CDA230, which was part of EIE's Children's Internet Safety Presidential Pledge signed by Donald J. Trump.

Website to Combat Human Trafficking Announced by Secretary Pompeo

Secretary of State Mike Pompeo convened the President’s Interagency Task Force to Monitor and Combat Trafficking in Persons (PITF) on 10/19 for their annual meeting, which included the announcement of a first-ever centralized website with the Federal government’s resources to combat human trafficking, as directed in the President’s Executive Order on Combating Human Trafficking and Online Child Exploitation.

EIE Applauds National Safety Pledge by White House and NCMEC

EIE applauds the White House and the National Center for Missing and Exploiting Children (NCMEC) for its collaborative efforts to safeguard children online with the release of a “national safety pledge,” especially at the height of the COVID pandemic where children are more vulnerable to online exploitation.
