Pornhub Trafficking Survivor Tells Her Story

EIE Calls on DOJ to Prosecute PornHub on a Trifecta of Crimes

This brave young survivor shared her story at a recent Los Angeles protest in front of Pornhub's offices. She was one of the 100 women who were coerced and defrauded into filming pornography for the Pornhub channel, GirlsDoPorn, a proven sex trafficking scheme.

EIE continues to work behind the scenes with the White House and DOJ to prosecute obscene pornography, beginning with Pornhub, for a "trifecta of violations including sex trafficking, child sex abuse images and obscenity, as each fuels the other. Its a win-win!"

"Social media companies have a First Amendment right to free speech. But they do not have a First Amendment right to special immunity denied to other media outlets, such as newspapers and broadcasters," said FCC Chairman Ajit Pai.

EIE applauds the chairman's intention to move forward on a rulemaking to clarify the meaning of #CDA230, which was part of EIE's Children's Internet Safety Presidential Pledge signed by Donald J. Trump.

EIE Applauds National Safety Pledge by White House and NCMEC

EIE applauds the White House and the National Center for Missing and Exploiting Children (NCMEC) for its collaborative efforts to safeguard children online with the release of a “national safety pledge,” especially at the height of the COVID pandemic where children are more vulnerable to online exploitation.

"“It is humbling to see the this administration and NCMEC adopt the teaching cornerstones and safety pledges of EIE’s first-of-a kind parent-focused Internet Safety 101SM program launched in 2009 in partnership with the Department of Justice,” said Donna Rice Hughes, EIE President.

Friends, the scourge of pornography is fueling sexual exploitation including sex trafficking and child sex abuse material, all of which have skyrocketed during the Covid-19 lockdown.

The news of the day reinforces what Enough Is Enough® has been saying for the past two decades: DOJ MUST prosecute obscene content on the internet and stop its devastating harms to children, adults and the culture. The laws are already in place and must be enforced.

Will you help us fight for our children's safety and dignity? EIE is 100% donor funded, and it is because of your support we are able to bring these issues from Mainstreet U.S.A. to the White House. Please, consider a financial gift today and help us put an end to this vicious cycle of abuse.

Our Deepest Gratitude,

Donna Rice Hughes and the Team at Enough Is Enough®
